Nick Larkin recorded his 19th First Grade century on Saturday against Gordon.   It was his 23rd century for the club in all grades, and the sixth time he has reached 150 in First Grade.  During his outstanding 183 he passed 7500 runs in First Grade, becoming the 91st player to reach that milestone in the history of the competition.  He then (with a huge six over midwicket) passed former Test all-rounder Graeme Beard (7512 runs) and (with a fierce square drive) former Test opener (and Sydney University captain) John Dyson (7527) to become the 89th highest run scorer in First Grade for all clubs.

Rex Greaves scored his first runs in First Grade during his ninth-wicket partnership of 69 with Nick Larkin.

Don Butchart, with 67 in Second Grade against Gordon, recorded his first half-century for the club.

Daniel Gauci’s 51 against Gordon was his highest score (and first half-century) in Seconds.  He followed up the next day with 68 against Bankstown, his first Poidevin-Gray half-century.

Playing against his old club in Thirds, Oli Zannino hit 87, his highest score for the club, passing 1500 runs in all grades (for both Gordon and University) in the process.

Andrew Hazard’s 79 against Gordon was his highest score for the club and his highest score in Thirds.  He also passed 2500 runs in all grades (including his runs for Penrith).

Raveen Ganesh, with 5-41 against Gordon in Fourths, collected his first five wicket haul for the club.

Hugo Fraval, who took 4-26 against Gordon in Fifths, returned his best bowling figures for the club.

For the second time in as many weeks, Flinders Zhang-Langley improved his best bowling figures for the club, taking 5-22 against Blacktown in Metropolitan Cup.

Ben Crawford, with 70 not out in Metropolitan Cup on Sunday, hit his second score above fifty for the club in only his first four innings.  His batting average for the club currently stands at 115.

Avijay Maharaj, with 60 not out in Metropolitan Cup on Sunday, hit his highest score, and second score above fifty, for the club.

Noah Bloch’s 80 against Bankstown was his highest score (and third half-century) for the club.
