During his T20 innings against Hawkesbury on Sunday, Hayden passed Will Hay (3307) to become the 14th-highest First Grade run-scorer for the club; then, with a six down the ground from the bowling of Patrick Moore, he reached 5000 runs for the club in all grades. He’s the 27th player to reach that milestone. His 50 was his 28th score of fifty or more in First grade (including three centuries).
Former Sydney University opening bowler Lawrence Neil-Smith made his List A debut for Tasmania against NSW in Melbourne.
During his T20 innings against Hawkesbury on Sunday, Damien Mortimer passed 9000 runs in Premier Cricket, in all grades and for all clubs. This includes 3087 runs for Campbelltown, 506 for Bankstown and 493 for Wests.
