Phoebe Litchfield hit her highest WBBL score, 68, for the Sydney Thunder against Hobart Hurricanes at Launceston.  It was her fifth half-century in the WBBL, and she became the youngest batter to pass 1000 WBBL runs.

Playing in only his third List A game, for NSW v Western Australia at Cricket Central in Sydney, Will Salzmann again improved on his best bowling figures in the format, taking 4-48.  He also hit the winning runs, hitting Andrew Tye for successive 4s straight down the ground – which means that in each of his three List A games so far, he has achieved his best bowling figures, has played a not-out innings with the bat, and has ended up on the winning side.

Hunar Verma, with 5-34 in First Grade against Western Suburbs, returned his best bowling figures for the club.  It was also his best performance for any club in First Grade, and the second time he has taken five wickets in a First Grade innings.

Hayden McCarthy made his Second Grade debut in the match against Western Suburbs, scoring his first half-century (53) in that grade.

Raveen Ganesh made his Third Grade debut in the match against Western Suburbs.

Lewis Ansell celebrated his 50th appearance in Fourth Grade by taking his first five-wicket haul for the club (5-52) in the match against Western Suburbs.

Robbie Keaton, who has kept wicket for both Surrey Under-18s and Northamptonshire Under-18s, made his debut for the club in the Fourth Grade match against Western Suburbs.

Sidhaarthaa Veeravalli, with 4-46, claimed his best Fifth Grade figures in the match against Western Suburbs.  He has a chance to complete his first five-wicket haul next week, and we look forward to seeing how PlayHQ copes if Sidhaarthaa Savelimedu Veeravalli dismisses Veeravenkataganeshsivakrishna Prasad Gandham.

In the Metropolitan Cup match against Auburn, James Schroder hit his first half-century for the club, an innings of 92.

Zander Robertson hit his first half-century for the club, 65 in Metropolitan Cup against Randwick.
